Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing from Conscious Soulopreneur UK.

Print Books

Our books are produced through print-on-demand fulfilment. Each physical book is printed specifically for the customer after an order is placed.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect purchase decisions, or personal preference.

If your book arrives damaged, defective, or there is an error with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order details and photographs showing the issue. We will review the matter and work with our fulfilment provider to resolve eligible problems.

Digital eBooks

Due to the nature of digital products, eBooks cannot be returned or refunded once the digital product has been delivered or accessed.

Please ensure you select the correct edition and format before completing your purchase.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production or fulfilment has started. Once a print order has entered production with our fulfilment partner, it cannot be cancelled.
