Which editions are available?

Who Do You Think You Are? is available in English and ¿Quién Te Crees Que Eres? in Spanish, as a paperback and as an eBook. Choose the language and format on each product page before checkout.

How are the paperbacks made and shipped?

Our books are produced through print-on-demand. Each book is printed for you after you order, then shipped by our fulfilment partner from the most suitable production facility.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination, the product and the shipping options available.

How long will delivery take?

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. They can vary with carrier delays, customs processing and local delivery conditions. Where tracking is available, you'll receive it once your order has shipped.

Can I return a paperback?

Because each book is printed specifically for you, we can't accept returns for change of mind, incorrect purchase decisions or personal preference. If your book arrives damaged, defective or there's an error with your order, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue, and we'll work with our fulfilment partner to resolve it.

Can I get a refund on an eBook?

eBooks can't be returned or refunded once they've been delivered or accessed, so please check you've chosen the right language and edition before you buy. If you have any trouble accessing your eBook after purchase, contact us.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled only before production or fulfilment has started. Once a print order is in production, it can't be cancelled.

My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery time, contact us with your order details and we'll help.
